With a trend toward artisan spirits in the beverage industry, microdistilling has gone the route of microbrewing. Tuthilltown Spirits, the only whiskey distillery in New York, is handcrafting and hand bottling a variety of spirits in small batches. Their Hudson Single Malt Whiskey is distilled the old-fashioned way, with whole malted barely and nothing else.
